Miley Cyrus replace Carson Daly as New Year’s Eve Party host
The show first aired in 2021 with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson as co-host. Cyrus hosted again in 2022, this time with godmother Dolly Parton by her side. Both specials were hits, so now fans are wondering if Cyrus will go for her third title this holiday season.
In the 2021 edition, Saweetie, Brandi Carlile, Jack Harlow, 24kGoldn and other artists performed at Miley’s New Year’s Eve party. The special was produced by SNL mastermind Lorne Michaels and garnered impressive ratings, drawing 6.3 million viewers.
