Vince Vaughn makes rare appearance at Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony
On Monday, Vice President Vaughn was honoured with a star, and his wife of more than a decade, Kyla Weber, and their two children, daughter Locklyn, 13, and son Vernon, 11, made a rare appearance at the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.
Vince Vaughn, wearing a charcoal suit with a white T-shirt and sneakers, posed alongside Weber and his children in front of his new star. Locklyn kept it simple in a white summer dress, while his brother Vernon, who held a plaque with Vaughn’s star, sported a dapper navy suit.
Vaughn thanks his wife during his speech ceremony
During his speech at the ceremony, Vince Vaughn gave his “beautiful wife” Weber a sweet shout-out for her support.
“My beautiful wife, Kyla, I’m so happy you’re here with me now. I’m so thankful for you and these beautiful kids,” Vaughn began. “And for all the laughs we’ve shared together. As much as this means, Vernon and Locklyn, you guys really need to know that you guys are the most important thing in the world to me.”
In typical Vaughn fashion, he joked, “You guys aren’t that lucrative. You guys don’t give me access to the kind of things that these kinds of things give me, but with all that said, you guys are the most important thing.”

Vaughn Shares His Thoughts on Being a Dad
In a recent interview with The New York Times Magazine, Vince Vaughn shared some rare quotes about his role as a father, telling the outlet that “being a father has been such a joy.”
The star added that fatherhood also helped him become “more empathetic, more patient” and “have more tools to encourage.”
In 2013, the Dodgeball actor opened up about his love of being a father in an interview with E! News.
“All kids bring their own joy, it’s so much fun,” he shared. “There’s nothing more fun than laughing and playing with kids.”
Two years later, Vince Vaughn held his hand and footprint ceremony at the TCL Chinese Theatre with his wife and kids by his side. He’s also been seen taking Locklyn and Vernon to Disneyland and NBA games.
