Young Sheldon star Annie Potts unhappy with the show’s end
Young Sheldon did well. The CBS sitcom and The Big Bang Theory prequel starring Iain Armitage, and Annie Potts is Now in its seventh and last season. Undoubtedly, it’s heavy for the cast to say goodbye to the show they started nearly seven years ago, focusing on a younger version of Sheldon Cooper.
Potts, who was joined by costar and Young Sheldon himself Iain Armitage, spoke candidly about her thoughts on CBS’s decision to end the series after seven seasons. “It was especially hard because I was completely unprepared,” she told Variety. “I was shocked. I mean, the No. 1 show on network TV, the No. 1 show on Netflix. I think we’re the only thing people watch on TikTok other than a few pasta recipes. It seemed like a stupid step.”
Potts continued, “I’m sorry, but I don’t know. If a show is running late or lagging or missing stories or something, you can watch it. It helps us a lot.” “We were totally ambushed by this.” Also read – Nicholas Alexander Chavez will not return to General Hospital
