Will Smith thanks his fans for coming to the ‘Bad Boys 4’ premiere
Will Smith made a grand entrance on the red carpet for the premiere of Bad Boys: Ride or Die, the fourth instalment of the popular action-comedy series, on Thursday, May 30, in Los Angeles. The 55-year-old actor was joined by his wife Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, sons Jaden, 25, and Trey, 31, daughter Willow, 23, and mother-in-law Adrienne Banfield-Norris, 70, at the TCL Chinese Theatre.
Smith, along with co-star Martin Lawrence, directors Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi, and producer Jerry Bruckheimer, made a memorable entrance by arriving on top of a double-decker bus. Upon arrival, the Oscar-winning actor delighted fans by grabbing a microphone and singing an excerpt of his hit song “Miami.”

Jimmy Butler has a cameo in the new Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The trailer, which has been released, shows the Miami Heat star interacting with actors Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
Now, on his Instagram post, Jimmy has shared some fun BTS, showing some funny moments and some mistakes while having fun with Will Smith.
Jimmy Butler has a cameo role alongside football legend Lionel Messi in Bad Boys: Ride or Die. Basically, it is a promotional skit, in which Butler wants to quit playing in the NBA and become a ‘Bad Boy’ with iconic detectives Mike Lowrey, played by Will Smith, and Marcus Burnett, played by Martin Lawrence.
Next, Marcus and Martin join Jimmy in a training session. And, then the NBA star realises that his on-court skills are not relevant in terms of catching criminals as a police officer. At the end of the clip, Butler is shown returning to his beloved Miami Heat, as he has realized his true calling.
Reflections on Family and Careers
Will Smith and Martin Lawrence took some time to reflect on the importance of having their families with them at such a crucial juncture in their careers. Martin was overwhelmed by the love and support he received from his loved ones, saying, “It’s nothing but love, man.”
Will also reiterated this sentiment, expressing how important it was to see their kids together. “It was great to see our kids together,” Will told ET. “Because Jasmine and Trey are almost the same age.”
