Doe claims that both the pilot and Lee drank alcohol, smoked marijuana, and consumed cocaine during the flight, but she allegedly did not consume the drinks she was given.
At one point, Martz allegedly invited her to his cabin, where Lee allegedly began sexually assaulting her, becoming even more “forceful” when she attempted to move away from him, according to the complaint.
“At one point, Lee forcefully penetrated with his fingers while touching her breasts,” the lawsuit states.
“Lee then pulled down his pants and attempted to push plaintiff’s head toward his genitals. At that time, the plaintiff was crying, but she had no place to go; She was “trapped and had little mobility to exit the cabin.”
The woman is suing for sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence, as she claims the alleged incident has left her with “great shock, pain, humiliation, shame and guilt”.
The accuser seeks past, present and future damages, including medical expenses, loss of income and earning capacity.
Tommy lee has not yet addressed the allegation.
