The Wild Robot (2024) is the new upcoming project of How-to Train Your Dragon Franchise director Chris Sanders. Chris Sanders is popularly known for directing famous animated movies like Lilo & Stitch, How To Train Your Dragon, The Croods, and The Call Of The Wild.

Not only that he has been the voice actor for some of these animated movies like Mulan (1998) as Little Brother, Tarzan (1999) as Baby Baboon, in (Lilo & Stitch, Lilo & Stitch 2, Stitch! The Movie, Lilo & Stitch: The Series, The Origin of Stitch, Leroy & Stitch) as Stitch, in (The Croods, The Croods: A New Age) as Belt and in Penguins of Madagascar as Antarctic Penguin.

In addition to being a Director and Voice actor, he is also a writer, who has written Mulan (1998), Beauty and The Beast (1991), Aladdin (1992), Fantasia 2000 (1999), Lion King (1994), Lilo & Stitch (2002), The Croods (2013), How to Train Your Dragon (2010), and The Croods: A New Age (2020).

The upcoming movie will be an animated sci-fi movie which will follow the adventures of ROZ. Roz explores the island and, in this process, befriends many animals gradually forming a strong bond with them. Roz learns to function in a world that it does not understand.
