Taylor Swift streams when Travis Kelce shows up to surprise her at the Dublin Eras show
Taylor Swift can find her man in a crowd. Travis Kelce wasn’t trying to hide during Swift’s Eras Tour performance on Sunday in Dublin, Ireland, with fans speculating that his appearance might have been a surprise.
On Sunday, June 30, Travis Kelce headed to Dublin, Ireland for the third and final show of his 34-year-old girlfriend’s Eras Tour at the Aviva Stadium.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s appearance came after he attended teammate Clyde Edwards-Helaire’s California wedding to JoJo O’Conner on Saturday, June 29, in Calabasas.
Swifties caught footage of Kelce hanging out in the VIP tent inside the Aviva Stadium — where Julia Roberts and Stevie Nicks were also seated — along with pal Ross Travis as Swift sang the popular song “August.” Moments later, Swift seemed to notice something — or someone — in the audience.
In a series of videos released by the show on social media, Swift’s face changes visibly as her eyes light up and her mouth falls open.
Footage shot from another angle shows Kelce, supposedly captured at the same moment, smiling and waving both hands on stage. Also read – Olivia Culpo and San Francisco 49ers star Christian McCaffrey have tied the knot.
Taylor Swift raised platform stuck
The night before, Taylor Swift had a problem during her performance of “The Smallest Man Who Lived” after she got stuck on a raised platform on stage after it didn’t retract as planned.
One of her backup dancers, Jan Ravnik, was then seen walking over and giving the pop star a hand as he helped her down and they continued the performance.
Saturday’s concert was another special one for Swift, as she told the crowd that Ireland had played a big part in the creation of her pandemic-era album, Folklore.
After singing “Cardigan,” Swift told the audience, “Folklore generally belongs to Ireland.”
