Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost look Fabulous during the White House Correspondents Dinner
Husband-and-wife Colin Jost and Scarlett Johansson enjoyed a parents’ night out at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday, April 27.
The pair attended the event at the Washington Hilton in Washington D.C., where the White House Correspondents’ Association selected Jost to be the host for the organization’s most high-profile event of the year.
Johansson, 39, wore a custom Giorgio Armani Privé white silk strapless column gown embellished with crystals. Meanwhile, Jost, 41, showed off his love in a satin-embellished Giorgio Armani navy blue one-button peak lapel tuxedo. He paired it with a white evening shirt and bow tie.
The White House Correspondents’ Dinner is an annual event organized by the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA), which uses the event as its main source of revenue to finance its work. Journalists, politicians, government officials and celebrities, including President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, were invited to the event. The keynote speaker at the dinner is usually a comedian, with names such as Trevor Noah, Jimmy Kimmel, and Conan O’Brien having hosted the annual dinner and roast in the past.
Scarlett Johansson is now busy with her upcoming comedy-drama movie “Fly Me To The Moon” where she will be playing the role of Kelly Jones a marketing expert hired by NASA to clear its public image.
Against the backdrop of the Apollo 11 moon landing and Channing Tatum playing the role of Cole Davis the Launch Director of NASA. The movie is set to be released on the 12th of July 2024.
