The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson was diagnosed with skin cancer has been diagnosed with deadly melanoma after a cancerous mole was removed during breast cancer treatment.
Sarah Ferguson is the third royal to announce seeking medical help this week.
Sarah Ferguson’s spokesperson said: that the dermatologist said the Duchess was undergoing reconstructive surgery following her mastectomy, some moles were removed and analyzed, and one of these was identified as cancerous.

The Duchess would like to thank the whole medical team who helped her, especially her dermatologist who ensured that the disease was detected early. She believes her experience underlines the importance of checking for size, shape, color, and texture and the emergence of new moles that may be indicative of melanoma.
The Duchess was very public about her treatment, urging other women to get tested and using her podcast to raise awareness of breast cancer, she wanted it to be a positive message to protect others.

Sarah Ferguson the 3rd Royal to be admitted to the Hospital this week
