This wasn’t the first time Nicole Brown Simpson asked the police for help
An entry from Nicole Brown Simpson’s diary — in which she accused O.J. of assaulting her, Detailing the kind of abuse she suffered and Nicole said he chased her around the Rockingham estate and beat her in bed until the police arrived on New Year’s Eve before the divorce.
LAPD Detective John Edwards, a witness in the prosecution’s case against O.J., arrived at the house with a partner that day.
Edwards testified, “She fell over and started screaming, ‘He’s going to kill me, he’s going to kill me.'” He told the court she had a one-inch cut on her upper lip, a swollen right forehead, a black eye and bruises. There were marks. There were marks from having his hands on her throat.
Despite the prosecution’s case alleging a long history of abuse, O.J. was found not guilty of murdering Nicole and Goldman, maintained his innocence for decades and spent the rest of his life in infamy until his death from cancer on April 10.
Her death left Nicole’s three sisters, Denise, 66, Tanya, 54, and Dominique, 59, in mixed emotions.

According to the Daily Mail, Kris Jenner and Faye Resnick recently revealed their final conversation with O.J. Simpson’s wife Nicole Brown Simpson before her brutal murder in 1994.
Nicole Brown Simpson was helping her close friend Faye Resnick get sober. Resnick revealed that just two days before Nicole was murdered, she was drunk again.
She said, “Just two days before Nicole’s death, I relapsed. She put me in treatment. I was so stressed.” This was a difficult and stressful time for Resnick and Nicole being a devoted friend helped her get through it.
Kris Jenner mentioned Nicole’s deep concern for her friends in the documentary, saying, “Nicole said, ‘Well, we’re going to visit Faye and make sure someone is there for her every day.’ So she created a schedule for us.”
Nicole’s turn to visit Resnick came just a day before her murder. Kris Jenner revealed her last conversation with Nicole, saying, “I remember, it was Nicole’s day off, and Nicole and I talked. She said, ‘Faye’s day is going well, I’m leaving. Your day is tomorrow.’ That was the last time I spoke to her.”
