Longtime MrBeast contributor Ava Kris Tyson has abruptly ended her relationship with the channel. The decision comes amid growing controversy surrounding accusations of grooming a minor against her. Tyson has vehemently denied these allegations, opening up in a social media post on Tuesday, but she has chosen to step away from the public eye to focus on her and her family’s mental health.

Tyson, a long-time MrBeast contributor and a key figure on one of the world’s most subscribed YouTube channels, which has more than 300 million followers, has found herself at the centre of a growing controversy. Tyson, associated with MrBeast since 2012, has been accused of sending inappropriate messages to a 13-year-old girl when she was 20. In a recent statement, Tyson has strongly denied these allegations, stating that even the alleged victim has refuted the claims.

“I would like to apologize for any of my past behaviours or comments if they hurt or offended anyone,” the first line of the statement read. “I didn’t mean to,” she continued.

In a follow-up tweet, the content creator wrote: “I want to add, I never groomed anyone. The person facing these allegations has openly supported that they are false,” she said, referring to the @LavaGS handle on X.

MrBeast co-host breaks silence on sexual harassment allegations

YouTube star MrBeast has addressed sexual harassment allegations levelled against his longtime collaborator Ava Kris Tyson, saying he was “disgusted” by the allegations.

MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, was responding to the weeks of pressure created by the allegations and Tyson’s future with the social media channel he developed and other content creators on YouTube. In a message posted on X MrBeast said, That he is well aware of the allegation on Ava Tyson online and is disgusted by it and opposed any such heinous act.

Donaldson added that he is taking time time hire an independent 3rd party investigator to conduct a thorough investigation so that he will have all the facts and will decide after that based on the findings of the investigation. Donaldson further added he had seen enough online and had removed Ava from the channel, company and any association with MrBeast.
