Michael J Fox says may return to being an actor after 4 years of retirement
In 2020, Michael J Fox announced his retirement, but it seems that the icon is ready to be back on the big screen again. Ahead of his charity event benefiting the Michael J Fox Foundation, Fox gave an interview to ET in Nashville, Tennessee. Where the actor watched an interview of himself with the ET when he was 22 years old and was starring in NBC Sitecom’s “Family Ties.”
In the clip, Michael J Fox talks about the different facets Hollywood has offered him from writing to producing, from editing to directing. Fox even said that he wanted to do it all – after watching that clip Fox said “shut up” to his past self because according to Fox in the clip he names only a few things that were going on while making a movie or TV show but in reality, there are thousands of different things going on to make a single project. In another clip from the same interview 22 Years Old, Fox said that he is now in his 20s and trying to figure out who he is, where he is going and how he can achieve his goals. Reacting to it the 62-year-old actor said “22 years old are Obnoxious”
The host Rachel Smith then asked him if he achieved his goals.
To which Fox replied that his goals are always shifting and his biggest goal was always his family he and his wife Tracy Pollen have raised 4 amazing kids and that thing Fox considers the biggest achievement in his life.
Will Michael J Fox be open to acting again?
When Rachel asks Fox if he will do acting again, Fox instantly replies that he will do acting again if a good script comes his way.
