Khloe Kardashian opened up about, how she handles her “STRESS”
In a recent Snapchat question-and-answer session, Khloe Kardashian opened up about her approach to stress management, a topic her fans often inquire about. As captured and broadcast by Page Six, Kardashian shared her stress relief method: breaking a sweat through exercise.
“Working out is my therapy,” she said, “For me, it’s the best way to deal with stress.”
She added, “It keeps me focused. It keeps me physically and mentally strong.”
Kardashian’s revelation about her stress management strategy coincides with a significant incident involving her former partner, NBA star Tristan Thompson.
