Supermodel Karlie Kloss was once best friends with the Love Story hitmaker. The duo often made public appearances together between 2012 and 2016. Since then, they have rarely been seen together, sparking speculation about their fallout. Amid long-standing rumours, Kloss made a rare statement about Swift on Monday.
Karlie Kloss loves Taylor Swift’s new album
Taylor Swift and Karlie Kloss may have had falling outs as friends over the years, but that doesn’t mean the latter isn’t a fan of the pop star’s music.
On Monday, July 22, Kross, 31 in an interview with Yahoo Life, she shared her thoughts about the newly released Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department, describing Taylor’s music as Classic.
She didn’t name a favourite song from the Fortnight singer’s latest album; Instead, she said that she likes the entire album. When pressed by the interviewer to name her favourite song in the pop titan’s discography, Kloss opted for Shake It Off. The friendship between Taylor Swift and Karlie Kloss
Swift’s 1989 was released in 2014 at the height of her friendship with Kloss, who often joined the singer on stage alongside her circle of close friends, including Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, Lena Dunham and more, Kloss even appeared in Swift’s Bad Blood music video.
However, fans soon began to speculate whether the duo had fallen out, as the model’s name did not appear on a shirt Swift wore in the Look What You Made Me Do video, which featured the names of many of the friends. Following this development, the couple was seen together less frequently than before, even though sources said they were still allies.
Karlie Kloss recently attended Swift’s Eras Tour
Kloss was spotted at Swift’s Los Angeles Eras Tour show last August. Concertgoers captured the model taking her non-VIP seat at SoFi Stadium, away from other celebrities.
Before that, Kloss attended Swift’s concert in Nashville in August 2018. “No one puts on a show like @taylorswift. #ReputationTour Nashville was out of this world, I am SO proud of you,” the now mother of two wrote at the time, along with a selfie with her friend.
The same year, in March, Kloss addressed her rumoured feud with Taylor in an interview in the New York Times, saying, “Don’t believe everything you read.”
