John Cena Says He’s Retiring From the WWE
On Tuesday, the 46-year-old superstar John Cena opened up more about his plans to retire from WWE with ET’s Nischelle Turner. Cena, who was on hand to promote his new action movie, Argylle, in London, said he intends to retire from wrestling soon. “That’s not a maybe. That time will come and it will come soon,” she said.

Reflecting on 2003 when John Cena joined the WWE and how time passed. This year Cena will be 47. He said that when he went out to perform in WWE, he always did it with passion never considering it as the work that had to be done. He wants to give the fans the best entertainment in every match he fights in WWE.
John Cena further added But when I say I’m done (in WWE they say never say never and a lot of people retired and come back) I’m just being honest with myself. Now there is also a great new generation. “It’s time to shift the power to the people who can be there every day.”
