Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade Scott and Evan McClintock are married
28-year-old influencer Hailie Jade Scott, who is the daughter of rapper Eminem, has tied the knot with Evan McClintock. Hailey Jade shared the big news on Instagram on Monday, May 20, with a series of photos from the spectacular wedding ceremony.
“Waking up a wife this week 🥲💍,” she announced in the caption, before reflecting on her special day.
Scott said, “We couldn’t have asked for a better, more beautiful weekend ceremony. There were a lot of happy tears shed, laughs and smiles and a lot of love felt.” “Evan and I are so grateful to all the family and friends who came to support us and be a part of this new chapter of our lives as husband and wife.”
“I do,” said Scott in a white strapless gown with a classic sweetheart neckline and a dramatic ruffled hemline and train. Her hair was styled in a simple updo topped with a tulle veil and she carried a bouquet of all-white flowers. McClintock wore a classic black tuxedo. In the photos, the newlyweds kissed outside a church covered in white flowers and greenery and sitting atop a classic convertible. Scott also shared a photo of her emotional husband during the ceremony.
Hailie Jade and McClintock got engaged in February 2023 after first meeting at Michigan State University in 2016. McClintock, 27, later revealed how he asked the fashion designer’s famous father for permission to propose while spending time with family over the holidays.
“So I just followed him around, and thankfully he was down there getting your cake and I did that,” he said on his wife’s “Just a Little Shady” podcast.
Hailie Jade, along with sister Alaina and her closest female friends, headed to Tampa, Florida in April to celebrate the bride-to-be’s bachelorette party, where the group partied on a boat in bikinis.
Ahead of her trip, Hailey Jade told fans about her packing process for the trip, as she carefully laid out all of her clothes so she knew “exactly what should be in the suitcase.” She also said she uses packing cubes “to keep things contained and not have wires everywhere.”
Hailie Jade Scott’s father is also tight-lipped about his daughter’s personal life, but when Scott mentioned her and McClintock in a 2020 interview on Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson, he expressed his approval of her relationship.
