Keke Palmer tell her side of the story
This incident is not the first time Palmer has accused Jackson of violent behavior. The actress detailed a previous incident from February 2022, where she claimed Jackson physically assaulted her after he became jealous of a photo of her in a bikini. Screenshots of security footage of both incidents were presented as part of Palmer’s legal statement.
In an emotional statement to the court, Palmer claimed the abuse in her relationship was not only physical, but also emotional and manipulative. She expressed concerns about Jackson’s jealousy, saying, “Darius’s abuse of me during our relationship was based on his insecurities and his jealousy.”
Palmer also highlighted a September 2023 incident in which Darius Jackson reportedly became physically upset with her crying son. Palmer intervened to ensure the child’s safety and described a moment that almost turned into a tug-of-war with the child. She claimed that Jackson hit her on the head before running out of her room.
Jackson has denied the allegations of abuse and domestic violence.
Shortly after Palmer’s legal filing made headlines, Jackson took to X (formerly Twitter) and posted a photo of himself holding his child. He wrote, “I love you son. See you soon.”
Meanwhile, Jackson took to Instagram last Thursday, where he vaguely addressed the legal drama and said getting baptized has freed him.
Darius Jackson wrote, “There’s a lot I can and can’t say. And at this point, I don’t even want to say it. However, I will say that God is his greatest ally and always will be.” partially. “I have put my faith, patience, time and my entire life into this to be able to get through the day.”
