Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have put their extravagant Beverly Hills home on the market.
The duo, proud parents of daughter Raddix and son Cardinal, hope to sell their Benedict Canyon farmhouse for a handsome $17.8 million, Realtor.com reported. After purchasing it four years ago for $14,695,000, Cameron, 51, and Benji, 45, have certainly made it their own.
With seven impressive bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms on 1.6 acres, there is ample space to call home. Brokerage Carolwood Estates boasts about the property in its listing, saying: “Beautiful architectural property perfectly situated at the top of a long double-wide gated driveway with guardhouse. The main house features an “exceptional floor plan and scale with high ceilings and natural light” and a “living room with beamed ceiling and fireplace.” The kitchen has a large centre island with a dining area and French doors that open to the pool and patio.
“This stunning resort sits on just under 1.7 acres of lush foliage and complete privacy.” In addition to all these luxuries, the residence also features a large office/guest house, a three-car garage, a pool with waterfalls, and a private entrance.
Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden married in 2015 and bought the mansion in mid-2020, in the middle of the pandemic, when their daughter, Raddix, was nine months old. Madden, Good Charlotte’s lead guitarist, was working from home at the time, giving him time to bond with the baby.
“The best part about [quarantine] and having to stay within our little bubble within this COVID situation is that his dad can be home,” Cameron Diaz said in a July 2020 appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
“He works from home, so he…he can leave a meeting, kiss her and play with her for a while, whereas if he had gone to the office every day, he wouldn’t have been able to do that.” “We’re very grateful for that.”
Diaz and Madden welcomed their second child, Cardinal, in March.
Now a mother of two, Cameron Díaz returns to acting after a brief hiatus. She has several projects in the works, including a reprise of her role as Princess Fiona in Shrek 5, due out in 2026.
