Beyonce Revealed Her New Album Title
Beyoncé shocked the world last month when she announced that a new album was on the way. She revealed that the second installment of a three-project series she is working on was scheduled to arrive in late March. People have been referring to it as a placeholder name for weeks, but now the singer herself has revealed its proper title.
The singer’s upcoming album is called “Cowboy Carter,” the singer revealed on her website on Tuesday. She has released singles for the incoming project: the Hot 100-leading “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages.” “Texas Hold ‘Em” became her first No. 1 country hit in the US and made her the first black woman to top the list. Earlier this week, Dolly Parton told Knox News about whispers that Beyoncé might collaborate with Parton or at least cover one of the country icon’s best-loved songs on her upcoming eighth studio album. “Well, I guess she has! I think she’s recorded ‘Jolene’ and I think it’ll probably be on her country album, which I’m excited about,” she said.
