In a new court document, Kevin Hart recounts the time he cheated on his pregnant wife Eniko in 2017

Kevin Hart admitted to taking Molly a hallucinogenic drug in 2017 the weekend he ended up cheating on his wife Eniko when she was pregnant with their first child.

A new court document from Hart’s non-compliance legal battle with former friend Jonathan “J.T.” Jackson related to Hart’s 2017 sex tape scandal includes a transcript of a September 2017 deposition by Hart that recounts what happened that night in his own words.

According to the document, filed on August 6 in Los Angeles Superior Court, Hart, 45, said he and an unnamed friend were “partying” when that friend offered him the drug “molly,” which he initially declined because “I don’t really mess with drugs of that type.”

The comedian and actor went on to say in the 30-plus page statement that his friend pressured him into taking the drug and promised he wouldn’t “let [Hart] do anything,” prompting Hart to say “screw it” and pour it into his drink, which was “watered down.”

“Since it’s in my drink, [I thought] I’m good. I’m good at drinking. The night is good. As the night goes on, I’m now with the girl [Montia Sabbag] at the end of the night, okay?” Hart said.

He went on to recall more details of the night, which included more time drinking and hanging out with Sabbag and another woman named Morgan, after which he said he felt “fucked up” and went to bed fully clothed. He then said Sabbag got into bed as well, but with a dress on. Also read – Halle Berry Says Ryan Reynolds ‘Never Asked Me’ About Reprising Her Role As Storm

“I’m knocked out. Nothing happened that night. I didn’t have sex with that girl that night. I had sex with her the next morning. She woke me up,” the Borderlands actor claimed.

As for the alleged hidden camera, Kevin Hart claims in his filing, “While we were having sex, out of nowhere, [Montia] was looking to the side… She pulls herself back on the bed. And that was her attempt to get closer to the camera.”

“When she did that, I pushed her back. You never see me having sex in that area,” he continued, in part.

“That’s when she got up and sat on the bench, which is in the camera’s field of view. She sat on the bench and started talking to me… She made sure to do it in that area, so you could clearly see that it was me in the room,” Hart claimed.

After extortion allegations surfaced surrounding the sexually suggestive video, Kevin Hart apologized to his wife and children in a 2017 Instagram video, saying in part, “I made a serious error in judgment and put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can and did happen.”

Jackson Filed $12 Million Lawsuit Against Kevin Hart

About a year after the tape was filmed, Kevin Hart’s friend Jackson was arrested and charged with two felony counts of racketeering. The charges against him were eventually dropped in 2021.

However, Jackson filed a lawsuit against Hart last month, alleging that the comedian fabricated evidence and breached a subsequent contract.

According to Jackson’s lawsuit, in July 2021 both Kevin Hart and Jackson signed a “meticulously negotiated” settlement agreement that explained that Hart would “issue a powerful public statement proclaiming [Jackson’s] innocence” in the sex tape scandal.

Jackson, 47, claimed Hart was supposed to say that “the incident” cost him “a very valuable friendship,” that he “lost someone close” to him who he “loved,” that he is “proud to say that all [the] charges against JT Jackson have been dropped,” and that Jackson “is not guilty and had nothing to do with it.”

However, 3 months later, Hart wrote on Instagram that Jackson had been “declared not guilty” because “the charges against him were dropped.” The “Budz House” actor felt Hart’s statement failed to “clear [Jackson’s] name unequivocally or restore his reputation.”

Jackson is asking for more than $12 million in damages and a trial.
