Love Island USA Season 6: Serena Page and Kordell Beckham win the crowns and $100,000
It’s the official end of Love Island USA Season 6 after host Ariana Madix crowned the winners of the latest season of the reality show, which earned the right to be one of the most-watched shows in June-July 2024.
After dethroning the original UK series, which was simulcast, the Peacock original dating series split its $100,000 grand prize between the final two contestants who initially joined the show as elite singles.
The winners of Love Island Season 6 USA have been announced
Love Island USA has announced the winners of season 6 after more than a month of almost daily episodes. On Friday’s episode of the Peacock dating reality show, four couples made it to the final winning spot. Viewers were asked to vote for their favourite couple and the results were revealed on Sunday.
Nicole Jacky and Kendall Washington, JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodríguez, Leah Katen and Miguel Harichi and Serena Page and Kordell Beckham were the four finalist couples. However, after winning the most fan votes, Serena Page and Kordell Beckham were announced as the winners of the sixth season of Love Island USA. Leah Kateb and Miguel Harichi finished in second place, while JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez finished in third place.
The winning couple faced one last test after their coronation. Two envelopes were given to the couple, one with the $100,000 cash prize and the other empty. Kordell gave Serena the chance to choose first and when she opened it, there was nothing in the envelope.
Kordell received the 2nd envelope which contain the winning amount and then he decided to split the $50,000 amount with his partner Serena. Kordell said that being in the villa with Serena was the best experience he ever had and splitting the amount is the right thing to do.
“Being in this villa with Serena has been the best experience of all the things she and I have been through. It’s the right thing to do. I’m going to split that dough.”
Love Island USA Season 6 premiered on Peacock in June. Ten islanders entered the town at the beginning of the season; however, some of them were kicked out when new competitors entered the house to test relationships.
Love Island USA Season 6 Reunion
At the end of the final episode, host Ariana Madix also announced that the Love Island USA season 6 Reunion episode will air on Peacock on August 19.
Per Peacock’s official statement read: “The reunion special will feature this season’s Love Island USA winners, fan-favourite couples and this season’s competitors for an up-close and personal look at their experience in the villa.”
