Herron explained that three gestational sacs were showing in the first ultrasound which meant that Baby A split into two to form identical twins however a fetal pole and yoke were not able to develop, so instead of a triplet, twins will be born. Sarah Herron was introduced in Bachelor Nation during Sean Lowe’s season 17 in 2013, and she later returned for seasons 1 and 3 of Bachelor in Paradise, which aired in 2014 and 2016, respectively. In 2017  She met Dylan Brown after hiring him for a charity event as a videographer. The couple got engaged in May 2021 and eloped to the Grand Canyon in August 2023.

in September 2022 she and Brown were expecting her first child after she underwent IVF treatments. 4 months later, she shared via Instagram that her son,Oliver, died hours after she gave birth.

Sarah Herron, who battled infertility and underwent IVF to conceive her baby, has often paid tribute to Oliver on social media.

“I woke up, unable to go back to sleep and somehow ended up reading old posts she had written about Oliver,” she wrote on Instagram in June. “Every word is a time capsule: moving, beautiful and painful. I looked at Oliver’s sweet face and wondered if his little sisters looked like him when we met them, and how surreal it is that they already weigh more than him.”
