Megan Thee Stallion announces new single ‘BoA’

Megan Thee Stallion is preparing to enter her new era with the release of her upcoming single “BoA” this Friday (May 10).

Megan took to Instagram on Tuesday (May 7) to unveil the song cover art for her new single, which shows her posing with a snake. This serpent, a symbol that has been part of Meghan’s travels since the beginning of the year, holds a special meaning for her fervent supporters. It first appeared on her Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper “Hiss” and later on her 2023 track “Cobra”.

“Hiss” was immediately successful in the United States and reached number one on the US Apple Music singles chart within a day of its release. It also reached number one on the global Apple Music singles chart. “Hiss” officially debuted at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 on February 10, 2024. In addition to its streams, the song earned 2.9 million radio audience impressions and 104,000 downloads. The song also attracted media coverage because Stallion has dissed many artists in the song. Emilio Garcia, the former employee who worked as a camera operator, said that Megan Thee Stallion had sex with other women in an SUV during a tour of Spain in 2022, while Garcia was sitting right next to them, calling the incident extremely disgusting. She even made Garcia work for less pay and shamed him by calling him a “fat bitch” and many more names.
