Tommy Dorfman the 13 reason why star accussed Airline of being transphobic
Transgender actress Tommy Dorfman criticized Delta Air Lines and accused it of human rights violations for “persistently” confusing her gender during a flight.
A heated argument at New York’s LaGuardia Airport was caught on camera by the “13 Reasons Why” star … who alleges staff referred to her with incorrect pronouns, something she claims someone did “on purpose”.
It’s unclear at first what the situation was… but in the viral TikTok clip, Tommy, who uses pronouns, can be heard asking, “What happens when a Delta employee intentionally gives you the wrong gender?”
To deal with Tommy Dorfman, the gate agent tells the other person to wait his turn and says… “While she’s talking, while he’s talking.”
Tommy, who came out as trans in July 2021, isn’t too happy… informing her that he’s confused, though the agent tells her it wasn’t intentional and if she wants to take it personally, then it’s up to her.

He also criticizes Tommy Dorfman for being condescending…threatens to expel him from the Port Authority…and asks if the pre-Christmas commotion was really necessary.
But Tommy stands her ground… writing in her caption that she faced transphobia and threats of arrest at LaGuardia when she was simply defending herself, and she added that she didn’t know if being labeled as the wrong gender was a human right. . . . , which was condescending.
A Delta spokesperson told “We are aware of the video and are investigating the matter, including contacting our customer to understand more about what happened.”
