Tyrese Gibson wants to remove Judge Kevin Farmer from his divorce case
Tyrese Gibson is once again at odds with the judge in his Georgia divorce case. He wants a new Toga to intervene, claiming the current judge is biased against him.
The actor filed new legal papers this week, complaining about the way Judge Kevin Farmer handled the case and saying he deserves a new judge.
Tyrese says Judge Farmer abruptly canceled the court hearing and ordered him to post a massive $450,000 bond within 10 days in connection with an appeal of an order in the case… to explain to him in court without giving your day what it will look like. It is impossible to get money so quickly.
In the documents, Tyrese says he was going to use the hearing to explain why he couldn’t get the $450,000 payment because the Hollywood strike had affected his ability to work and earn money this year.
But Tyrese says Judge Farmer canceled the hearing just days before it was scheduled, which TG sees as another example of Hizzoner getting it together.

Tyrese has tried to remove Judge Farmer from the case before… As we first reported in September 2022, Tyrese claimed the judge told him he felt the child support ordered in the case was reasonable, and they didn’t care. If Tyrese’s ex, Samantha Lee Gibson, was a “greedy, gold-digging bitch”.
Tyrese also claimed that the judge insulted him by berating him during his testimony.
