King of the Hill star Johnny Hardwicke autopsy report is out and reveals some shocking details
According to the ‘King of the Hill’ star’s autopsy report obtained by TMZ, Johnny was found dead in his bathtub in August, and the water was running when they found him… but the drain was open and he was actually not submerged.
The King of the Hill star’s body was too decomposed to identify an immediate cause of death. “The death is not being investigated as a homicide,” the Austin Police Department said after confirming the case.
Drugs are found at the scene
The coroner says there were no obvious signs of trauma. The toxicology test showed a “presumed positive test for cannabinoids.” The report says drugs were found at the scene, although it’s unclear which ones. What kind of substance it really is.
That said, the cause of Johnny’s death could not be determined; his body was undergoing “extensive, disturbing changes” when the body was discovered. Another interesting fact: the 5’7” voice actor weighed only 100 pounds at the time of his discovery.
