Rocky Actor Burt Young, who is known to play Pauli in six of Sylvester Stallone’s Rocky films, recently died in Los Angeles.
Young died in Los Angeles on 8 October, her daughter, Anne Morea Steingieser told The New York Times on Wednesday. No cause of death was given.

On Wednesday, Sylvester Stallone paid tribute to his former co-star, remembering him as a “dear friend”.
“You were an incredible person [SIC] and artist, I and the world will miss you a lot,” he wrote on Instagram.
Burt Young early life
Born in Queens Borough in New York City, Gerald Tomaso Deloise, working in US Marine Corps in the 1950s and later studied at Lee Strasburg’s Actor Studio. He produced a career to play most of the difficult-man and Italian-American characters on television and film.
The role of Paulie, who was also the brother of Rocky’s painfully shy love interest and soon-to-be wife, Adrian (she marries Balboa in Rocky II), earned Young an Academy award nomination for best supporting actor..

Village (1984), A Summer to Remember (1985), Back to School (1986), Last Exit to Brooklyn (1990), Mickey Blue Eyes (1999), Transamerica (2005), Win (2011), and Bottom of the 9th (2019). He was also a part of the documentary, Stallone: Frank.
He appeared on television for Rockford Files, Barretta, Law and Order, Walker, Texas Ranger, all family, M*A*S*H, Miami Vice, Rogues and many more.
