Bollywood actress Gayatri Joshi’s car, which debuted with Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Swadesh’, met with an accident in Italy. During this time, she was traveling with her husband, Vikas Oberoi. However, both narrowly escaped. But in this accident, a Swiss couple traveling in a Ferrari car died.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started taking further action. It is being told that the actress and her husband were racing in luxury cars.
Car went off the road after collision
According to reports, the accident happened in an area of Sardinia, Italy. Gayatri Joshi and her husband were traveling in their Lamborghini at the time of the incident. Many other luxury cars were also driving behind his car. During this time, while overtaking a mini truck moving ahead, his car hit the Ferrari, which collided with the mini truck running alongside. Due to this collision, the mini truck overturned and the Ferrari caught fire, due to which the couple traveling in it died.
The dead couple were residents of Switzerland
The deceased have been identified as 63-year-old Melissa Crotli and 67-year-old Markus Crotli, both from Switzerland. Gayatri told a news website that Vikas and I are in Italy. We met with an accident here (multi-car collision). By the grace of God, we are both absolutely fine.
A video of the accident has also surfaced, which has been recorded on a camera installed on the dashboard of a vehicle driving behind. In this video, it is clearly visible how many luxury vehicles, one by one, overtake the vehicle that is recording the video. Then, while moving a little further, while overtaking a mini truck, it hits it, due to which both the car and the truck overturn.

Let us tell you that Gayatri Joshi made her Bollywood debut in 2004 with the film ‘Swades’. She played the lead role with Shahrukh. His acting was also highly praised. However, after doing only one film, ‘Swadesh’, she distanced herself from acting and married Vikas Oberoi, managing director of Oberoi Construction.
