Shame on youtube is trending – YouTube has again taken action against String Channel and removed the entire channel from its platform. Particularly surprising is that String mentioned in his Instead of issuing warnings for policy violations, YouTube apparently removed the channel outright. According to String’s team, YouTube’s explanation for this action is that they found serious or repeated violations of their community standards, which led to the channel being removed from the platform.
In the email screenshot shared by String, it is mentioned that if YouTube feels that a channel has seriously violated their policies, they remove it to “protect other users” on the platform. The policy states that “channels that violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service may be warned or terminated. Your existing YouTube channels, new channels you create or acquire, and channels on which you appear frequently or prominently will be terminated if you avoid the strike ban or early termination.
In response to String’s X post, YouTube responded by saying, “We’re streaming it to take a closer look.”
On September 19, 2023, String made an announcement about his latest podcast with Vivek Agnihotri, director of the film “The Vaccine War”, which is scheduled to be released on September 28, 2023.
After this the news came that the channel would be removed from the platform. Agnihotri also shared a post which read, “First, the ‘Toolkit Gang’ attacked India’s own vaccine, a few days ago they attacked the scientists who made this vaccine and now they are talking about the war of our scientists.” Want to silence a podcast with @StringReveals.” With the ‘Toolkit Gang’. ‘You decide who will win this war.’
